Returns Policy

• In case of a defective or wrong product, please send us a photo of the wrong or defective product to info@elvhx.gr and you will be informed about the progress of the issue in your email. After accepting the return by email you can give the materials to our guide in your next order delivery.
• For customers in the province the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Previous purchases are not credited , if they are returned and you have not noticed , you can if you want with your own transport to pick them up from our warehouse where they will remain for 1 month.

GUARANTEE

Led products with 15.000h-25.000h have 1 year warranty,

with 50.000h have 2 years warranty.

No warranty: halogen bulbs and broken bulbs , please purchase whole sets.

The warranty does not cover Led's that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage to the enclosure, improper handling in the enclosure and voltage fluctuations.

Frequent voltage fluctuations can irreparably damage Led bulbs & lights.


The warranty is valid if

1) the installation is carried out by an electrician and

2) the electrical system is protected against voltage fluctuations SPD
